Stocked in Canada - Shipped with tracking

We pack orders on business days. An order placed on a weekend or a holiday is packed the next business day. Delivery time after that depends on your address and the carrier. Every order ships with tracking, and we email you the number when it goes out. If your tracking hasn’t updated in three business days, email us and we’ll open a trace with the carrier.

Shipping is free on orders over $99. Below that, the rate is calculated at checkout from your delivery address.
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us before you send anything back so we can set up the return. Opened tubs, bars and drinks can’t be restocked. If your order turns up damaged or wrong, or something is missing, email us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund it.
Email us as soon as you can with your order number. If we can catch the order before it goes out, we’ll change it or cancel it and refund what you paid. After that it has to be handled as a return.
If you’re new to a brand, start with chocolate or vanilla. Those tell you the most about the base formula, so you’ll know whether the brand suits you before you work through the rest. Flavours are listed on each product page, and anything sold out is marked.
Prices are in Canadian dollars, and taxes are calculated on the checkout page before you pay. The payment methods you can use are listed at checkout.
